When our clients came to us with their PNW modernist home built in 1977, the house exterior was in serious disrepair and the living spaces were awkwardly laid out with little connection to the outdoors. By adding 50 sf, vaulting the kitchen ceiling, simplifying interior finishes, and creating a strong connection to the exterior we were able to able to update the interior while remaining true to the house.
