The Louisville Modern Farmhouse was custom designed for a couple who desired a modern yet inviting space to raise their young family. The new home is built on a city lot atop an existing foundation. The open plan, vaulted ceiling and 3 sets of oversized doors in the living room make a modest footprint feel spacious and bright, and create a strong connection to the yard.
